Metropol Parasol Wooden Structure in Seville, Spain
The Metropol Parasol , popularly known as the Mushroom of the Incarnation is a wooden structure with concrete core located in the central plaza of the Incarnation of the city of Seville , in the autonomous community of Andalusia ( Spain ). Its dimensions are 150 x 70 meters and a height of approximately 26 meters and was the project that won the open by the Seville City Council to carry out the rehabilitation of the square in which it is located, its designer was the architect from Berlin Jürgen Mayer.
