BISCUIT CITY
Created by Chinese artist Song Dong in the basement of London Selfridges. 72,000 biscuits were used in total to construct the 'Biscuit city' including Chocolate Digestives, Rich Tea, HobNobs and Fruit Shortcakes. The 'biscuit city' is being offered to shoppers accompanied with a cup of tea for dunking!

This display is a very ambitious and very well executed assemblage of food to evoke models.
Live in New Orleans and we have a yearly display of food stuff but it is done with packaged food; canned goods, bags of food such as beans and boxes of edibles that one might find one's grocery shelves or candy store shelves. Called: "Canstruction."
