Fire Dance

Fire dancing (also known as, "fire twirling," "fire spinning," "fire performance,"or "fire manipulation") is a group of performance arts or disciplines that involve manipulation of objects on fire. Typically these objects have one or more bundles of wicking, which are soaked in fuel and ignited.

Some of these disciplines are related to juggling or baton twirling (both forms of Object Manipulation), and there is also an affinity between fire dancing and rhythmic gymnastics.

Fire dancing is often performed to music. Fire dancing has been a traditional part of cultures from around the world, and modern fire performance often includes visual and stylistic elements from many traditions.

The albino crocodile.

White Diamond - The albino crocodile.

White Diamond is thought to be the only albino crocodile in Europe.
And you can go see him if yo fancy a trip to the German village of Hodenhagen, at the Serengeti Safari park, until April 27.
White Diamond was born in Louisiana, USA and grew up at an alligator farm in Florida, but has arrived in Germany as part of a traveling reptile show, called "Land der Reptilien".
White Diamond is 14 years old right now, and he's lucky he lives in captivity, with that white-a-skin I doubt he could have sneaked up on his prey without being noticed.
So remember, if you want to see White Diamond live, visit Serengeti Safari park, until April 27, 2008.

There are benches in front of the house where the tourists can spent some time watching the unusual building. Some, more curious, ask to go inside and take pictures, in which Helenita (woman in yellow) allows. The couple now have plans to build a 4th floor, "open, for leisure, with barbecue and everything".

Incredible Rolling Bridge in London

The Rolling Bridge, located on the Paddington Basin in London, was created by Thomas Heatherwick. It is twelve meters long and opens every Friday at noon.

Rather than a conventional opening bridge mechanism, consisting of a single rigid element that lifts to let boats pass, the Rolling Bridge gets out of the way by curling up until its two ends touch.
